Jon has previously held roles at Worldwide Barista Academy, the Head of Training for an independent wholesaler, a Brand Ambassador, a Certified Speciality Trainer and an all-round coffee connoisseur.
Inspired by influential coffee trainers, Jon attained the most prestigious accreditation AST in 2019, leading him to start his own freelancing & consultancy business The Institute of Coffee.
Driven by a passion and desire to connect others, Jon has taken over a decades worth of experience in the hospitality industry working with established catering, food to go, and restaurant services and packaged that into a professional service for those seeking education.
